That is my reaction to the Wayne County Prosecutor's decison on the dozen or so felony counts handed down yesterday against the King and his girl. I was truly surprised.
Some faith has been restored. Prosecutor Worthy is worthy.
Not so happy times.
Not nearly as surprising is Kwame's reaction; denile, arrogance and deflection. Typical. When this guy finally crashes, it will be one hell of a sound. His partner in crime showed a new side; contrite and quiet. She seems truly scared. She recognises what his ego is not yet able to. A tool for the prosecution, perhaps. I'll bet that is exactly what she becomes.
The process will take months I suppose. But there are many charges and it does take time for justice to find it's way, and with these two, I finally believe that it will.

No other big city would tolerate him.
We should take bets, or make a bet:
his legal team from outofstate is only now coming up to speed...I wonder if they will advise thim to cop a plea.....to resign in order to migitage the charges against him....
in order to save the city $$ and to save the city any more humiliation.
In any case, he will face a trial on some charge.....
Hopefully some big ones.
